We’re incredibly proud to celebrate Valerie and her 21 years of coaching! From her early beginnings in 2005, Valerie’s dedication and passion for the world of dance and cheer have inspired countless dancers and athletes.
β¨ A Look at Valerie’s Coaching Journey:
• 16 years of coaching competitive dance — including founding the Diamonds Dance Program
• Extensive experience coaching college, semi-pro, high school, and junior high teams
• USASF & KSHSAA certified — ensuring top-tier training and knowledge
• Trained as a dancer at one of Denver’s top performing arts schools, where she honed her craft and developed a deep understanding of performance and technique
• Her love for coaching and seeing her students grow is the heart of the Diamonds program, and it continues to evolve and thrive under her leadership.
Valerie's passion for building confidence, discipline, and teamwork has shaped many lives both on and off the stage. We’re excited to see the Diamonds Dance Program grow even more in the years to come!

π Meet Baleigh: A Heart for Dance, Rodeo, and Community! π
We’re so lucky to have Baleigh on the Diamonds staff since 2017! With a background as dynamic as her energy, Baleigh brings passion, experience, and heart to every class she teaches.
β¨ A Glimpse into Baleigh’s Journey:
• Grew up in Ulysses dancing, cheering, competing in pageants, rodeo, and active in FFA
• Continued her love of performing at Dodge City Community College — dancing, cheering, and performing with the Gunpowder Girls
• A proud graduate of beauty school and former Miss Dodge City π
• Loves sharing her passion for dance with the next generation of performers
• Mama to her adorable littles, Jennings and Ilya π
Baleigh’s warm spirit, love for the performing arts, and dedication to her students have made her a staple of the Diamonds family. Whether she’s leading a class or fixing a crown, she brings joy and inspiration every step of the way!
